Today’s shot is that of a beautiful morning glory flower. I particularly loved the striking contrast between the straight lines and curves that makes the flower so very distinct.

Morning Glories are difficult to shoot – the petals are so thin that it is difficult to get the light just right. In this image, it appears as though the sun is about to burst through the center of the flower. Great shot!
